Micro and Nanofabrication Clean Room (MNCR) - CII-4159: Center for Industrial Innovation, Low Building. Take elevators to 4th Floor, turn right and turn right, walk to the end of hallway.Nanoscale Characterization Core (MRC) - EmpireHall1501, MRC-166, MRC-151, MRC243B: Materials Research Center, you may either use the entrance from VCC or Library, the labs are located on the first floor and second floor. Empire Hall entrance is from Polymer Center.
