Please use this form to submit information about final exams or papers/projects due during the final exam period.

IMPORTANT:

If you expect to offer a final exam for all sections of one course together, at the same time, on the same date, it would be considered a COMMON EXAM.
If you plan to assign a final paper or project, the due date must fall during the final exam period at the end of the semester.
No academic deadlines should be on Reading Days: No deadlines, exams/tests/quizzes, make-up exams/tests/quizzes.
