We are a club focused on supporting women and gender-nonconforming freshmen as they transition to RPI socially, academically, and professionally. The majors of our mentors and mentees vary amongst all Schools (SoE, SoA, SoS, etc.). All mentees are first-year students, and our mentors vary from sophomore to fifth-years.
